Presentation

All lecture rooms are equipped with PCs and beamers. The presentations are to be uploaded onto a central server. All presenters will receive an email prior to the conference stating login data and upload term.

For all sessions, pdf (preferential) and powerpoint files (ppt and pptx) will be accepted. Own laptops cannot be used. All presenters are asked to bring their presentation on a USB-Stick or CD to the sessions.

Close to the conference office, PCs and personnel will be at your disposal regarding assistance of upload or test runs.

All invited speakers, please follow the instructions of the division.
Normally, contributed talks will take 12 minutes followed by a 3-minutes discussion.
Please refer to the programme of the respective division or working group for specific times, as they can differ.
